Biography of Ignazio Rivera

Ignazio Rivera was born in Vercelli in the province of Piedmont, Italy, son of Carlo Rivera, a businessman. He enrolled at the University of Glasgow in 1911 to study English under Professor William Macneile Dixon, Regius Professor of English Language and Literature (1904-1935).
