Biography of Tuivig Kamber

Tuivig Kamber studied Engineering at the University of Glasgow in years 1913-1915. He was born in 1894 in Kovno, now Kaunas, Lithuania, son of Isaak, a merchant and shipowner.

In session 1914, Kamber, whose home town was now Petrograd (St Petersburg), matriculated as Theodore Kamleer, and took classes in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering Drawing and Electrical Enginnering.
