Biography of William Kitson Berry

William Kitson Berry graduated BSc from the University in 1937. He was born to Scottish immigrants William and Ruth Berry in Winnipeg in September 1915.

Berry enrolled at the University of Glasgow in 1933 at the age of 18, pursuing a BSc in Pure Science. He received a University bursary and was awarded a couple of class prizes during his studies. After graduating BSc in 1937, Berry pursued a career as a biochemist in the UK.

William Kitson Berry passed away in Salisbury in December 1999.
