Biography of Tadeusz Bożydar Podhorodeński
Tadeusz Bożydar Podhorodeński was born in Łowicz, Poland, son of Marian, an Officer in the Polish Army, an employee of the Polish Ministry of Administration and later the acting director of the Polish YMCA in Scotland.
Podhorodeński enrolled at the University in 1942 for two years to study Engineering, attending courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Drawing, Applied Mechanics, Heat Engines, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Drawing, and Junior Ship Drawing.
He obtained British Citizenship in 1950 while working as a Laboratory Technician and residing in Halifax, Yorkshire.
