Agnes Renton Robson graduated from the University MB ChB in 1898.

After graduation, Robson was a travelling secretary for Students' Christian Mission 1899-1900, and in 1901, she married Donald Fraser, a missionary in Livingstonia, in modern day Malawi. Robson accompanied Fraser as a medical missionary and was stationed at Hora, West Nyasa. Their work in Malawi has been well documented through their various writings, Agnes publishing Donald Fraser of Livingstonia in 1934, and The teaching of healthcraft to African women in 1932.
