Biography of William Bradley Violette
William Bradley Violette graduated MB CM from the University of Glasgow in 1881.
Violette first enrolled at the University in 1879, and during his time he gained prizes including a First Class award in Practical Materia Medica, Second Class Certificate in Practical Physiology, a Second Class in Anatomy, and a Second Class in Midwifery.
Upon graduation, Violette returned home to Sydney, New South Wales. By 1888 he was the Government Medical Officer for the Parrammatta district. He lived close to the area for the remainder of his life, and passed away in October 1912 in Strathfield.
